Who provides the service

What PropertyCheck is
PropertyCheck brings together public and licensed information about a Gold Coast address: planning, hazards, transport, schools, reported crime, traffic, the street and the area. It is general information only. It is not a building or pest inspection, a legal or financial opinion, a valuation, or advice to rent or buy. Check anything important with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you rely on it.
Sources and accuracy
Information comes from third-party sources that update on their own schedules and can contain errors or gaps. Each report shows its sources and data dates where available. Where something cannot be verified, the report says so instead of guessing. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, current or free of errors.
Price and payment
One full PropertyCheck report costs A$17.95 including GST. It is a one-off purchase with no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Your report
After payment you can open your report and download it as a PDF. We also email you a link to it. You can get a new link at any time from My Account with the email used at checkout.
If something goes wrong
If your paid report cannot be produced or opened, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
Reports are for your own use. Do not resell reports, copy the site's data in bulk, or use automated tools to access the site except through services we provide for that purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using the information in a report, or for losses caused by errors in third-party data. This does not exclude any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
