Who we are
AQL PropertyCheck is operated by TTM369 PTY LTD (ABN 18 648 664 911), Queensland, Australia. Questions about your information: use the contact form.
What we collect
- The address you check and its map coordinates, to look up public information about that property.
- Your email address, when you buy a report or ask for a report link, so we can send you the link to your report.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment and the email you gave Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as a browser check against automated abuse and basic, cookie-free visit statistics.
Cookies and your browser
- A paid report is opened with a secure cookie in the browser you used to buy or open it. It holds an access key, not your personal details.
- Saved Properties, Compare and My Reports are kept only in your own browser on your device. You can remove them on those pages at any time.
Who helps us provide the service
Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Stripe (payments), Google Maps Platform (address search, maps, nearby places and street imagery), Resend (email delivery), and public data services of the Queensland Government and the City of Gold Coast (property, planning and area information). They receive only what they need to perform their part.
How long we keep it
Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as Australian tax law requires (generally five years). Report links sent by email expire after 30 minutes; you can ask for a new one at any time from My Account.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, through the contact form. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails.
