What AQL PropertyCheck collects, why, and who helps us run it. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who we are
AQL PropertyCheck is operated by TTM369 PTY LTD (ABN 18 648 664 911), Queensland, Australia. Questions about your information: use the contact form.
What we collect
- The address you check and its map coordinates, to look up public information about that property.
- Your email address, when you buy a report or ask for a report link, so we can send you the link to your report.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment and the email you gave Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Questions you type into the help assistant on the site. We keep the words of the question, with any email address, phone number or street address removed, so we can see what people ask and improve the answers. If you choose to send a question to our team, it is sent through the contact form together with the email you give.
- Technical and usage data needed to run, protect and improve the site, including basic cookie-free visit and conversion statistics. For this first-party measurement we may record a random browser-session ID, the page where the visit started, the referring website's hostname (not the full referring URL), campaign tags such as source, medium and campaign, and timestamps for steps such as submitting an address, viewing a report and starting a purchase. The analytics record does not contain the property address, map coordinates, your email, card details or a browser fingerprint.
AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents)
You can ask an AI assistant to check a Gold Coast address with AQL PropertyCheck. When you do:
- We receive only what the assistant sends us: the street address it asks about, and the technical request data any website receives. We do not receive your conversation, your name, your email or your account with that assistant.
- The address is used to answer that question. It is sent to the Queensland Government address service to find the property, and the public information about the property is returned to the assistant with a link to the free report on this site. The address is not stored with any information about you.
- To stop abuse we count requests per network address for a short time, using a one-way code (a hash) of the network address, never the address itself. These counters are deleted automatically within one hour.
- Aggregate counts (how many questions per day, which tool, which assistant software) are kept for up to 400 days to run and improve the service; they contain no address, coordinates or identifiers of you.
- Technical request logs kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to keep the service secure and working are deleted within 7 days.
- Your controls: you can disconnect AQL PropertyCheck at any time in your assistant's settings (for example Connectors in Claude or Apps in ChatGPT). Because nothing is stored with information about you, there is no account or history to delete; you can still ask us any question about your data through the contact form.
- Nothing is bought through an assistant. If you decide to buy the full report, you do it on this site, where the rest of this policy applies.
Messages to our Facebook Page
You can send a message to the AQL PropertyCheck Page on Facebook (Messenger). When you do:
- We receive what Meta passes to us: your message, the Page-specific ID Meta gives your conversation, and the time. We do not receive your Facebook password, your friends or your other conversations.
- Your questions are answered by an automated assistant that uses Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. Your message and the recent messages of this conversation are sent to Anthropic to write the answer. Its answers are limited to information published on this site, and our team reads the conversations and can reply in person.
- The recent conversation is kept for 7 days so the assistant can follow it; then it is deleted automatically. Technical logs kept by Cloudflare to run the service are deleted within 7 days.
- Meta also keeps the conversation in Messenger under its own terms, and you can delete it there.
- Please do not send card numbers or passwords in Messenger. If you need help with a purchase, the property address and the email used at checkout are enough.
Cookies and your browser
- A paid report is opened with a secure cookie in the browser you used to buy or open it. It holds an access key, not your personal details.
- Saved Properties, Compare and My Reports are kept only in your own browser on your device. You can remove them on those pages at any time.
- For first-party usage measurement, the browser keeps a random session identifier and first-touch source details in sessionStorage for the current browser session. It is not an advertising cookie and is not used to follow you across other websites.
Who helps us provide the service
Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Stripe (payments), Google Maps Platform (address search, maps, nearby places and street imagery), Resend (email delivery), Meta (Facebook Page and Messenger), Anthropic (the AI model that answers Messenger questions), and public data services of the Queensland Government and the City of Gold Coast (property, planning and area information). They receive only what they need to perform their part.
How long we keep it
Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as Australian tax law requires (generally five years). Report links sent by email expire after 30 minutes; you can ask for a new one at any time from My Account. For questions asked through an AI assistant: abuse-prevention counters are deleted within one hour, hosting request logs within 7 days, and aggregate counts with no personal information after 400 days. Facebook Page messages: the recent conversation is deleted from our assistant after 7 days.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, through the contact form. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails.
